The Blue Jays Youth Soccer Academy is a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to develop the most technically proficient youth soccer players (U9-U13) within a competitive, yet relaxed, environment.

• We provide an unparalleled soccer experience for those who desire a higher level of coaching and soccer expertise than the recreational travel program, but not the year-round commitment and expense of the high end soccer club.
• We have an unwavering commitment to provide the best possible individual instruction and team experience to each player.
• We will not compromise our core values of respect, class, and excellence to win games or recruit players. 
• We will maintain a high level of professionalism for all Academy members: coaches, players, staff, and parents – cultivating an environment of self-respect, respect for one another, and respect for the beautiful game. 

This commitment to our core values and the development of our youth Academy members takes precedent over individual game results.
